Greatly disappointed in Frankie
The band, deserving of all accolades, was amazing. Every note was perfect, every word pronounced perfectly. Had the show been mediocre, I would have given it a 1. However, we spent a lot of money to watch an old man lip sync. I spent the entire show trying to convince myself otherwise. His volume never changed, regardless of the distance his mouth was from the mic. From the first line of his first song, it was obvious. Every word pronounced perfectly, every note was perfect. He barely moved his lips, never got out of breath, and did 2 solid hours without a sign of fatigue. I am a 50-year-old life-long singer and a big fan of live performances. I wanted to experience Loreena McKennitt, one of the greats. I could have stayed home and listened to his albums. The band and backup singers were amazing!
