Great show, but...

The show was terrific but there was a problem with parking. We arrived 1 hour early to park and ended up missing the first number and about 10 minutes of the beginning. The first number was really wonderful on the tv screen but would never compare to the amazing in person experience. Unfortunately, there were numerous children in the lobby so the audio was not good. My husband was not familiar with the story and so he was lost in the first half. There were at least 100 if not more people in our predicament and the show had not started yet. My husband and I are very disappointed that we were not let in given that so many of us had parking issues. Where to park should have been information sent to us. The Tyndal parking garage attendant said that we could have reserved a spot. Is that true? We will not purchase weekday matinée seats again.
