The line up was perfect! location was ideal, the radio dj's mc-ing the event were cool. the energy was in the crowd, and i think every band performed amazingly.
i found new favorites, the naked and famous and cage the elephants, they tore the roof off the place.
death cap for cutie was an excellent set up for what came next....
when florence and the machine hit the stage, their presence was felt. their talent beat all expectations, not only in their execution of style but in the way they made the audience part of the music, pulling them to sing the choruses, to get louder, and louder and make music too. it wasn't just a concert, it was an experience. i can't wait for the next one.
