Hadestown London reviews
Good but late
Great show, but when I bought tickets, said 8:30pm. 3 weeks before show got an email with time change to 10:30pm. That is super late for a concert to start. At the venue, her instrumentalists played for about 30min starting at 10:30, but then she didn’t come out until 11:15 and played until 1:30am. While the show was good, it would have been better if it started earlier because I was soooo tired that it made it hard to enjoy. And it was super hot in the theater so I fell asleep during one song. and she didn’t want people standing up so that made it hard just sitting in a dark hot theater to stay engaged at that hour.
